We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Early Childhood Instructor to join our Japanese-English bilingual daycare team in Brooklyn, NY.

Bilingual Early Childhood Instructor
Job Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual (Japanese-English) instruction and care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula aligned with early learning standards.
- Conduct child observations and developmental assessments to support individualized learning and classroom planning.
- Manage classroom behavior, daily routines, and transitions.
- Support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, and language development in a bilingual learning environment.
- Communicate with families regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
- Assist with daily daycare operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese.
Salary
$48,000–$50,000 per year
Employment Type
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
